Joe Pesci is a scary man. And probably the only tension I felt in this film was when I was worried about what might happen to Helen Mirren after she has an affair.

The rest of the film never really connected much with me. Not very involved in the characters or the story. It wasn't particularly horrible or anything, I just couldn't get into it.
