Michael Moore made a fictional film? A comedy about a war between Canada and America? With an awesome cast?

I can see why he stuck to documentaries after that. Not that it wasn't good, it certainly has some very funny moments in it but overall it doesn't hold together too well. You can see the point he's trying to make but logic has to go out the window in order for the concept to work.
