And we did wait until dark to watch this one. I saw this for the first time just last year. Blind Audrey Hepburn vs scary Alan Arkin. Needles to say, the outcome isn't realistic, but it's a great thriller, some would even say horror. It does have that infamous ridiculous last big jump scare.

It's a great lesson in slow build, expertly structured, based on the play. It does manage to draw you in as it slowly lets the tension build in that little apartment. Not only can the audience see what our protagonist can't but we also know the whole story while she's left to figure it out, which is the first lesson in suspense.

Definitely one to check out.
